Long Island native, has built a bustling hospitality empire over the last two decades. Makris began his career with some of New York’s most illustrious names in nightlife, including establishments such as Provocateur, Butter, and Tao Group. Soon after, Makris entered partnerships with industry luminaries such as Coby Levy first at Lola Taverna and more recently Cucina Alba, and Socialista with partner Maggio Cipriani.
